Why METALLICA, SLIPKNOT or lots of famous metal bands never came to Hong Kong (read teh description)??!!!?
so they are REALLY famous back here. METALLICA and SLIPKNOT but i never seen them coming to HOng Kong? why? and will they? will they have any concerts in Hong KOng? and am i wrong

I have no idea, like you said it’s Metallica and Slipknot, they go everywhere, they’re famous everywhere, they have fans everywhere, so why not go to Hong Kong? and the answer is I don’t know, it does seem weird though.

And I don’t know, maybe one day they’ll tour there. Alot of famous bands do actually tour around that area, you just have to wait for the time.

It could be issues in getting permission or finding a venue that is appropriate for a large scale event.

Hong Kong is a long way away from the USA, and to travel that far costs. A lot. With the economy in the trash, many bands (especially American) have had to cancel any tour more adventurous than the USA and Europe.
They may be big and famous and have plenty of cash to spare, but the record companies/management put their fut down when the tour will generate negative profit.
An Australian METALLICA tour was canceled last year for that very reason. Grr…
