i can be called a metalhead, i love to listen to metal and its all i listen to, i have no other type of music on my ipod. but i dont look like i listen to metal, every1 that i know thought that i liked rap or hip hop or w.e. i think its kinda funny, but what to you think about metal and what do you like about it?

I personally love metal and just about all its sub-genres. I like how diverse it is. There’s intense metal genres and there’s mellow, melodic, symphonic, and that regaurdless of what you feel like at the time, there is a type of metal for you. I really like the energy in death metal…and the sorrow in doom metal, or fear in black metal. Also the musicianship. It takes a lot of skill to play metal right…espcially black and doom metal. Bands like Kalmah, Catamenia or Agalloch . Very talented.

best genre out there. every sub-genre is great. even metalcore and nu metal (witch people out there say is "fake"). i think its better than all the mainstream stuff kids are listening to these days. METAL FTW
