What are some good death metal bands?

I’m recently getting into death metal after listening to mostly melodic metal. Are there any bands like Lamb of God and DevilDriver? Those two are the only death metal bands I know of for now.

Specific song suggestions would be good too. Thanks!

Lamb Of God and Devil Driver are considered part of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal, and are not by any standard death metal bands. but since you did ask for death metal bands, here you go.

    I am on the far extreme Death Metal/Black Metal side, and many bands just don’t measure up for me.

    But here’s a few that do:

    Marduk

    Mortician

    Cannibal Corpse (if you like them, then, of course, you’ll like Six Feet Under, which is just new-old Cannibal Corpse)
