Ronnie James Dio (born Ronald James Padavona; July 10, 1942 May 16, 2010) was an American heavy metal vocalist and songwriter. He performed with Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, and his own band Dio. Other musical projects include the collective fundraiser Hear ‘n Aid. He was widely hailed as one of the most powerful singers in heavy metal,renowned for his consistently powerful voice and for popularizing the “devil’s horns” hand gesture in metal culture. He was collaborating on a project with former Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice, under the moniker Heaven & Hell, whose first and only studio album, The Devil You Know, was released on April 28, 2009. ] On the morning of May 16, 2010, he died after a six-month battle with stomach cancer. He was 67 years old.

The best type of drums for Metal Music?

Hey. Well I have gotten to the point where I need a new set of drums. I was just curious on everyone’s opinion (Metal Music playing drummers, No offence lol) on what type of drums I should get. I defiantly want a double bass set and I was considering to get a double bass Ddrum set. To me it sounds good but I just want other people’s opinion’s. So can you just give me help on what kind of drums I should get?

i like heavy metal music aka screamo like job for a cow boy and i want to know the best headphones

Any nice pair of headphones should good for all types of music. Personally, I have skullcandies, and they sound great with Job for a Cowboy, Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, whatever. They also sound great with Lil’ Wayne and Three 6 Mafia. They’re also very affordable, about 50 bucks.
