I really don’t have the cash right now (well, I just have spent a lot recently) and would REALLY like to try a bunch of stuff out, but don’t want to rack up my iTunes bill. Where’s a place where I can download free, good-quality, metal? I’m looking particularly for Stormlord.

I have a camp that I am restoring but I need dark green metal roof paint to complete the transformation as the metal roof is not in dissary to compliment the cedar siding..All replies thank you very much.

The dark green roofs that you see everywhere have a baked on factory finish. It is not a paint that you apply to an existing roof.

Lowes does have green paint that is suitable for metal surfaces. I would use an oil based enamel like Rust-Oleum.

I am purchasing a home that has 3 low sloped metal roofs. One over the front porch, one over the back, and one over an addition. The addition and the back porch are leaking and i would like to replace all three of them. The slope is probably 3or4:12.

Any websites or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have done traditional shingle roofing in the past, but was under the impression that this slope was too low for it.

Remove the old roof, then place Certainteed Winter Guard Ice & Water shield on the low-sloping roof. Then re-apply roofing.

I would recomend replacing roof with asphault shingles rather than a metal roof, because they are more durable and better looking.

you’ve got two seperate things here – brutal, and dark. they dont concide most of the time, brutal is just heavy and agressive, dark is probably more depressive, slower.

…these have really good beats I suppose (at least in my opinion), they are unbelievably fast and will turn your brain into mush.

People can get through those things with small amounts of metal like the buttons on their jeans. So how big does the metal object have to be for it to set the beeping thing off? The one you walk through.

Could it detect a safety pin or those clips from a tensor bandage thing?
@Kurt because I’m going on a plane tomorrow and those things are part of my normal attire. I would like to avoid any potentially awkward situations that may arise with airport security, if you must know.

It depends entirely on how sensitive the detector is, or what level they have set it to if it is adjustable. All airports will not be exactly the same.

In the past, I have seen them detect the foil wrappings around the gum in a package (when they used to do that with gum). But it does not go off for eyeglasses (metal frames), wedding rings and so on.

I would not worry about buttons – like the metal clasps on suit pants, or the metal button on a pair of jeans. The clips on ace bandages (same as tensor bandage??) are probably aluminum, so they would not likely be detected anyway.

In any case – if it goes off, and your pockets are empty already, then they will go over you with the hand held wand to find the specific place that causes the alarm, and inspect it. If it is something removable – like a safety pin, they may have you take it off, then go back through the detector.

It may add a bit more time to your experience, but it is not any kind of a problem. Those kinds of things happen often.

In my anthropology class I have decided to look at the history of metal, specifically the changes that have occurred, and try to say why metal music has changed, try to find the common link between the decades and such. Any ideas on how to start? I have a few ideas but this is turning out harder than I thought.
